Introduction to the Asia-Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association (APSIPA)

       The Asia-Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association (APSIPA) is an authoritative international summit organization focused on the field of signal and information processing. Founded by the Asia-Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association, APSIPA aims to provide a platform for education, research, and development exchanges for both academia and industry. APSIPA covers a wide range of topics, including signal and information processing, recognition, classification, communication, networking, computation, system design and implementation, security, scientific application technology, engineering, health, and social fields.

       APSIPA’s main goals include:
       1. Organizing activities of common interest for researchers and practitioners.
       2. Facilitating collaboration with regional partners.
       3. Disseminating research findings and educational materials.
       4. Providing career opportunities for individuals and professionals.

       To achieve these goals, APSIPA holds an annual summit known as APSIPA ASC. The conference features activities such as keynote speeches by renowned experts, plenary sessions, breakout sessions, student presentations, industry-academia forums, special topics, and showcases of research results and products. APSIPA conference papers are of high quality and are indexed by EI, with outstanding papers recommended for publication in SCI international journals, reflecting its international impact.

Introduction to Tianjin University

       Tianjin University, originally known as Peiyang University, was established on October 2, 1895, making it the earliest higher education institution in modern Chinese history. In September 1951, following adjustments to higher education institutions by the Central People’s Government, it was officially renamed Tianjin University. In 1959, it was designated as a key national university by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In 2000, it was identified as a high-level research university under the “985 Project.”
       With a mission to strengthen the nation through education, the university is dedicated to advancing academic theory, nurturing talent, preserving civilization, rejuvenating China, and shaping the future.
